Are you interested in renting a Park Model at Chemainus Garden for a season. We offer extended stay rental packages available for both winter and summer seasons.
- Rental rates on Park models range from $1500 - $2000 per month and include the use of all the park amenities, water, sewer, electric, daily garbage pick up
- There is a $75 Cleaning fee on Park Models, $300 security deposit on Park Models,
- One month’s rent will be the deposit due when you receive your rental contract to sign and return. The remainder of the balance will be due upon arrival to the park.
- $1500 - $2000 priced units are newer units withor have other extras like two car parking, great location or in the pet section.

- OFF SEASON RENTALS (any thing except June - September)
- All units are NON SMOKING
- No Pets allowed unless in the designated pet Park Model ($500 pet deposit).
- Chemainus Garden Holiday Resort is an adult resort
- Cancellation fee is 10% of one month’s rent if cancelled within 45 days. If not cancelled within 45 days and we cannot re-rent the unit, you will forfeit your deposit.
- Park Model inventory for each park model available on contacting the resort
